Pull that cam out of there and you'll drop those 60' times way down!
We had that same cam and with the overlap it's just wouldn't get out of the hole at all. And just like you said, it would come on like gangbusters once the motor got wound up!
If you get the 60' into the 1.6 range then you'll be in the low 11's. Maybe high 10's.
You're almost ready to get kicked off the track anyway!
