This is the type of manifold i used click on the above link, its an eb/ed droopy, u can use ef/el its all the same.
Because the ed manifold drops down so much it wont fit in a te-cortina, unless u turn it up side down, the throtle body now faces the back of the car.

u use an XF injection injector mounting block, these are an inch thick, u then cut the ed/el manifold down cutting the injector mounting holes clean of, this leaves 6 round pipes, run these through a surface grinder/big belt sander to make sure its a flat surface., then tig the ed/ef manifold to the xf injection rail, have the rail bolted to a head or clamped down this will reduce warping,

this link shows the join.

I dynoed my motor with that set up and got the 290 hp with that but it died after 5500-5800, so im now in the process of making the runners shorter, i cut the runners straight of the plenium, and cut 2 inches of them, anny more than this and they will never line up as the runners start to spread apart., i got the shorter runners tiged to the plenium, but, i had to cut the top of the plenium apart so i could clean up the joins inside, then tig the manifold top back together.

Also i dynoed it un ported the xf injection rail is quite restrictive, ive since opened it up to the same size as the ported head, hoping this set up now will be good for 310-320 hp+ na
