Exhaust Manifold Question

I am getting ready to change the exhaust manifold on my 1966 mustang coupe. Thus far, I have not been able to find the torque sequence and torque setting for the manifold bolts and/or manifold to exhaust studs. Anyone have this information?

Stock: 13 - 18 ft lbs of torque.

The book doesn't mention any particular order to torque them. Working your way out from the center should be safest.

My book says work your way out from the center, which is what I did after removal of the exhaust port divider, and I have had no problems.
