Exhaust sound clips? Best way to go about this?

I received a PM to post a sound clip of my exhaust. The problem is that I have no decent way of doing this. I do not have a good recorder or a way of transporting the sound clip to the computer. How does everyone else post their sound clips? I have been meaning to do this for a while.

Do you have a digital camera? Many digital cameras have the capability of recording both video clips and sound. If not, you can take a basic old hand held tape recorder, record the sound then plug the output into the MIC input of your sound card and use XP's built in sound recorder to capture the clip.
