hello and thank's for your reply, it's a magnacharger mp112-c with the bypass valve. magnacharger say's it only uses 1/3 hp at 60mph to run blower, price: $550.00 +50.00 s/h thank's,,,,,keith

well it's been since may that i been trying to get thing's together i just got my new offey manifold i been trying to get one off of ebay but just went with jc whitney for $240.00 free ship to save time and $$, i got all my efi bracket's mock up for the serpentine belt, the next thing will be the 2 plate's to be welded for the top of the manifold and the bottom of the s/c, i wanted to have all my accessories and the serpentine belt on so when i weld the plate's together it will be eazy to line up all the pulleys, i still have have to make and mount 1 maybe 2 tensioner pulleys and install the fuel pump. carb is a holley 600 supercharger carburetor. well i just wanted to give the heads up, i have 3 new pic of the motor with the new offey manifold and brackets in my signature, i hope by the end of the august the fab and welding of the intake plates should be done by then,,,,thank's,,,,,keith

Is it done? I didn't see any pictures of the finished product in there. Some nice looking set ups you are modeling off of though. Hope its going well!

hello and thank's for your reply, the top and bottom plate's are at the machine shop being done. i had to have the motor and pully set done on the motor so i could bring it all to the machine shop so they know where to mount the blower on the top and bottom plate's to be welded. i been having all my part's, engine and blower at the machine shop for some time now waiting on them to do the machining but you know how it is they tell you that they are back up and it will be another 2 or 3 week's before they start and then 4 weeks go by then they start but before they do they have to go back and do something for someone they know real good,,,i will try to get pic's of the machine work if not i will take some when i tig weld it together, i had plan to have this done before the 1st of the year but if things keep geting back up i may be longer,,,,thank's to all on this site for all the help you give like FTF and SR who try to help anyone that ask,,,,,,thank's,,,keith

hello again, well still did not here anything yet from the machine shop i will be going to see if they started on the top and bottom plate's. this wedsday on 11-2-09 i will take a few pic to show that it is at the machine shop, if they don't start soon i will be lookin for someone else to do the work it's been there for almost 8week's. man that is all i think about is how it feels to have that blower on my ILsix under the hood just like the 1st 300-6 i did with the help of my long time friend Dick Landry and the kit he had back in the 70's for the 300-six i sure wish he was around today, they still have a dick landry shop but w/o the real D/Landry it's not the same and way more $$$,,well i hope the next pic will be of my motor with the done top/bottom plate's,,,,,,thanks,,,keith

well they finally started the machine work, they had the bottom manifold plate done but one thing that i seen is that they tell you that it takes alot of time(hours) to machine all of this work but you can tell that they cut it out on there cnc plazma cutter table in about 2min. i tryed to take a few pic but the battery in my cam was to low but i will take a few when i go back. as of now i'm going to try forget about it for a while and start lookin for a used turbo that i can put on another 300-6 that i have,,,,,thank's,,,keith

Went to machine shop today and they just started back to work on the plate's for the intake and S/C they told me to check back in about a week or 2 so we well see, they been having my motor and S/C sense oct-09 and even that they are the only machine shop within 100 miles it should have been done by now i hope to have it done soon,,, but you know how that go's,,,,,keith

well i just got sick of the lies and bull with the machine shop they had it in 10-1-09 so i went and pick up my motor and off to texas 300 miles to a friend that will help me any time and like he said if i would have came and used his mill in oct-09 it would have been done alredy. i have some more pic of the machine work that we did everything fits nice and lines up with the pulleys, we would have had it onthe motor so i could start installing everything to start it up but our welder did not work right all we could do was tac so now i have the adaper plates and i will get it welded and ship it back to my friend in texas along with a distributor, ignition box, ,,,,,keith

well hopefully by may i will be going back to texas with a distributor,a holley 600 carb rebuild kit for the carb that i will have to boost ref(very eazy) for runing this type of S/C and hope that with eveything hook up we will be able to crank up the motor and here the blower sing, after we start and tune the motor and get it runing good i will install it in my truck and have some fun, i also have a head that i been working on that will be put on this motor along with a S/C cam,,,will try to shoot video of engine start,,,,,thanks,,,,,keith

took a look at your photos.

thats a slick truck you have.

I think it would be cool to see a vid of the engine running and another of a spirited take off. :D

hey inline 300, thank's for your reply yes i been trying to get it together and hope to get it going real soon, i just need a few part's. i could just throw the motor in my truck and use all the part's off the motor that's in it now but i'm building a engine test stand and wanted to get it going on that before i get it in my truck,,i will try to get back with you later i'm runing a lil late today,,,,thank's,,,,,keith
