Found 16" Wheels - Will they fit?

I found a set of 4 lug Centerline wheels and was just wondering if anybody knows if they will fit a 66 Mustang.

Wheel Size - 16x8
Bolt Pattern - 4x4.5
Backspace - 5.0"

I tried fitting some 16x7 wheels with 4.5" backspacing on my '68 and the sidewall of the tire rubbed the upper ball joint. I think for a 16" wheel, you need about 4.25" backspacing max.

just email them about what would fit...im looking at some 17x7 or 8's i think and they recommend a 4'' backspace...btw the rims are the mojave...very nice in my opinon

Thanks. THe centerline website actually had the 16x8 fluted star wheel on clear for only $139 per wheel as a closeout. Where are you getting your Centerline's www.skperformace.com?
