Found a rebuilt '75 head

Not sure what I want to do with this head. It is definitely a rebuild that has been sitting on a shelf somewhere for a number of years. The unpainted portion (under the valve cover) is still grey and clean and rust-free, and the valve seats are bright and clean, too. The rockers are evidentally new, except for some VERY light wear on the tips probably from a test fitment. Everything is super clean except for inside the water passages which have the normal amount of rust. It has all the pushrods and headbolts too. Beyond that, I know nothing about it. I don't know if it was milled, or what the CCs are (I'll get around to that sooner or later) but I'm assuming they are still quite large.

I know '75 had one of the biggest intake manifold volumes of all the logs. Is there any real advantage to that? I haven't even measured the valves, but I suspect they are stock diameter (not the favorable BIG valves of the later castings). So what good is this block? I can't just throw it on my '68 block, because compression would probably be pathetic. Will I need to remove the valves to have it milled? Everything looks good enough that it would be sweet to just mill it to the desired CCs and slap it on a good bottom end and go. But I'm not sure it's worth the effort.

Depends on what your goals/needs are.

Well, I plan on having the Crossflow/US200 up and running within a year, so this would be purely temporary. I don't want to put to much effort into it.
