Frezee plug!

Yesterday I fixed the freeze plug, but now I have a bigger problem is that there is water coming out. Is there some whey to fix the leak or do I have redo to the job, and if I did have to redo it how I would I take out the freeze plug?

Here's how I've always removed freeze plugs:
Use a regular flat-tip screwdriver & put it right on the edge of the freeze plug. CAREFULLY tap with a hammer spinning the plug in the block. Once it has turned, grab it with a set of vice grips & pull it out. Hope this helps. Take care,
