I would suggest an E-mail to Mike at FSPP and ask him about it instead of asking us.....

You could call Pacemaker. It's business time Monday here, right now. :P

Try "creeping" by fitting the middle bolts first, then working outwards. Also if you use a couple of longer bolts, it can sometimes allow for a little misalignment; you then bump it home and pin the other hole in that flange with the correct bolt, remove the pilot one and replace.

Very few headers are perfect and most need a little coaxing. Start with the two center bolts and only enough to get the threads started. Then work with the outer bolts. Once you have them all started, then you can snug them up. I've never had a set returned for this reason, so it is reasonable to assume they will fit.

mine were good, I got all mine started then took it off for some reason and put it back on and forgot the gasket and got to loosen most of em up and slip it in. Overall fit was great and had no problems, weird that you have some :?

the first time i put it on i had no problems but the first time i replaced the exhaust gasket i had a problem getting the first one in the the 2nd time replaced the gasket i had a problem getting the top right one on the middle on and now i have this problem i will try ti method mike and ill let u know how it works and this may turn out to be a good thing cause the idiot that put my exhuast on welded the exhuast directly to the header and now were cutting it off and gonna put muffle clamps on it

if it has been on and off a few times, and done by a guy that sounds less than reputible, it may have warped during these processes.

uuuhh yea that less the reputible guy was me and we got it on with a little work last night and we started my custom linkage for my holley 2brl
