Fuel Pumps

I'm not planning to run an electric fuel pump, so I'm looking for a good mechanical fuel pump. Would a Carter OEM pump be about the best bet here or is there something better out there? :

8) carter makes a very good pump. if you need more volume than a stock pump can put out, use a high performance pump from a 289/302 ford V8, and swap the pump arm for the six cylinder arm.
