Hello, how to check if the pressure of the fuel pump is correct?

Find a old school Combo Vacuum Gauge / Fuel Pump Tester, they will look like this. https://www.skf.com/mityvac/products/engine-diagnostic-equipment/other-engine-test-equipment/mv5511
You could also do a Fuel Pump volume test too. Good luck

I have this gauge that I connected in series to my gasoline circuit. But it remains on 0 rotating engine.

Hi, if I am converting 1 mPa correctly, 1 mPa = 145 psi. The range of your gauge is way to high for a carbureted engine. You need the gauge that Bubba posted, in the 0-10 psi range. In the meantime, check the fuel pump for volume. Remove the fuel line at the carb and aim it into a coffee can. As you or a helper cranks the engine the fuel pump should fill a coffee can in @ 20 seconds. Be very careful when working with gasoline. Have a fire extinguisher nearby. Good luck
