Got the 200 and tranny back in the Ranger yesterday. The orginal engine wouldn't turn over when I got it and thought it was locked up, wrong. Got another motor and pulled the old one out, low and behold it easily turned over. Hmmmmm? Well the torque converter was jamming against a small metal piece on the back of the engine(don't know what it's called). Pulled the offending piece and got a new torque convertor(old one had busted tooth). Flash forward two weeks and finaly got the engine installed but now the starter has proven to be bad!!!!! I'm cursed or something!! Well hopefully I'll make enough tips this weekend delievering pizzas to get the starter and fire up the beast. Wish me some luck guys, I'll probably need it!!!!
