The 5200 is the HOLLEY/Weber version. The authentic Weber 32/36 is less common and arguably a more consistent carb. The 5200 was used on many American manufacturer cars through the 80's for 4cyl's and V6's . I believe some 5200 float chamber's are stamped Weber. The many different application carbs, sometimes for small displacement four cyl's often require attention.
Have Fun
The '63 wagon 170 has 5200 used on Ford/Merc 70's V6 application having same displacement .
So money aside am I better off with the 32/36 I know Mike is currently selling the 32/36 and I would rather spend a few more bucks for a better (happier)result. Thanks
