Harmonic balancer interchange

The balancer seperated on a 250 thats in a friends falcon so we will be heading to the junkyard this weekend,will any balancer from the engine family work or will it have to be from a 250.

Thats what I thought and they have a few 250s to choose from.

Unless yours is trashed, get it rebuilt. Mike has them in stock cheap.
Don't waste your time with an old used one as you are just asking for more problems later.

It needs to be running now so a junkyard balancer will be used and will rebuild the original later.
