Head gouched by clifford adapter

I need to know if this has happend to anyone else and can a head exhaust port be repaired it wore on the lower edge.

Ya thats not too uncommon for the ports to burn out . thats a good reason to repair exhaust leaks as soon as possible.

brazing on the exhaust ports works good,, then have the surface milled and also have the exhaust manifold milled flat,, assemble with NO gasket .. we did that alot on R.V.'s and bigger trucks...just make sure your heater area in between the intake and exhaust will seal up...

Yes, the best way to repair that is to buy a new aluminum head
