I do not know if it is or is not. Why does it matter. It is still a free country and I see no misrepresented claims.
It is ford six .com, not save a buck.com.
Advice from persons promoting certain products is not always good advice.
I have no good way to prove it to you. I have been on this forum over 15 years and I do not think that anyone here would say that I am nothing but truthful, but you.
Not bragging just facts.
That's too bad that you can't prove your claim. It would be a good advertisement for fordsix com and Vintage Inlines.
You should easily be able to take your "log headed, full weight daily driver NA 200" to a dragstrip and make a video or two.

I don’t know if anyone who got into the collector car hobby to save money. If a hobby brings joy, and people have the means I see no harm. I joined Fordsix to learn about my Ford six cylinder.
I have saved thousands and thousands of dollars by never buying a car newer than 1972.
I haven't made a car payment since 1974.
I been driving a $300.00 200 six powered car since 1992.
I drove another 200 six powered car for 14 years before that.
I do have a new Ford six header to put on. I replaced the rest of the exhaust system first.
The header will have to wait until I finish installing the $3,275 Gear Vendor Overdrive.
I am waiting on driveshaft parts and need to lower the emergency brake setup.

You should know full well that was 50 years ago, and that the engine was turboed and the car built for safe drag racing and no longer in the DD NA full weight mode a few years later. Quit trying to make it sound like I am lying.

drag-200stang
What was 50 years ago and turboed? I don't know what you are talking about.
I think a video of a log head six turning a 14 second 1/4 mile would be great.
This forum could use a few video examples of 200 six performance.
I am sure that many 200 owners including myself would be interested in the details of your 14 second 200 six.
Like I said: "It would be a good advertisement for fordsix com and Vintage Inlines.

I was thinking that maybe you were one of those guys like Les Ritchey who set records with a Y-Block. I wasn't trying to make you look like a liar I was trying to get more info. along with a video.

From what I have read and observed fordsix .com is a business forum for Vintage Inlines.
Fordsix .com is a business forum to promote V.I. products like the log six header.
again, I'd offer a more focused and complete discussion on Gasoline Alley or Saloon forums
so as to give it the attention you bring focus to more than twice. I think being placed somewhere
on the site for all to refer to would help folks understand a volunteer, non-business public forum/site
as so developed on FordSix (itself)...

I dont think w/ina thread is the best way as folks seek a different sort of info there (here). Just ping
me (somehow) so I realize U R there w/others fora discussion.
Thnx !
