Help Needed ASAP .. Torque Converter....

Okay the mechanic rebuilding my engine called and said im gonna need a torque converter... i dunno what that is. he said its gonna cost 150.00. so do any of ya'll know where i can get one .. 200 inline six.. 1967 mustang

okay .. umm was it for a c-4? i think that's what i have right? everything is stock from 1967..

also, is that a reliable one? like i've seen some with prices differ a lot from 80.00 to 400.00.

Also, another question, i called autozone, they said it comes in 3 different sizes, 9 1/2, 10 1/2, and 11 1/2... which one is the one for mine? im gonna go get it as soon as i find out the specs, so reply as soon as anyone can please,
