I have purchased the whole kit from Clifford, The offy intake, the 3 webber carbs and the linkage to go with it. The dirrections that came with it are very generic and non spacific. Clifford was of no help as they didnt know how to set it up. I have it all on and together but when I floor it the middle carb only opens half way, the outer two open about the same. The only way I can see getting them to open more is to drill holes in the linkage to create a differint leverage ratio. I dont want to do this if I dont have to. If any one has any pics of thier linkage setup please post so I might figure this out. It suck only able to go half throttle.

Thank you. James

Thanks cobrsix, I have followed your progress for a long time regarding your posts with the tri power. With the supplied linkage from clifford I am set up very much like yours but when I put the pedel to the floor, the linkage holds my carbs only half way open. I am so upset with it i dont know what to do. I have been thinking that I would have to go with a cable throttle. I really dont want to do that. I want to make it work with what it comes with. After all its supposed to right? Its kinda hard to see exactly how yours is set up, it looks as if you have an extra rod towards the rear of the engine slanting upward, whats that?

That one was just from the gas pedal...I have a better picture around here somewhere, just gotta find it. It shows my final set up.

Mine required adjusting the stops on the rods so they would all open at the same time. Also, you may have to play around with which one for the gas pedal. I ended making a completely different linkage for the gas pedal. My best recommendation would be to go with a cable throttle for this set up.

I'll see if I can dig up those pictures...they are tucked away somewhere on my server.
