That middle sammie port looks like there is the water leaking . Like the head is cracked .
That rust does not indicate a crack to me, not saying that it is not possible. Areas of high heat burn off oils and tend to rust faster there.

He currently doesn't have any ready to ship, but you could have him set one up the way you want.
