Holley 1904 rebuilding ?

I need info and help on rebuilding Holley 1904 type carbs. Diagrams are easily accessible, I could use parts advice and experienced recommendations/expectations.

The 250 I got that was built in Jack Clifford's shop and mothballed for years in a crate came with three Holleys on an Offy 3X1 setup. For initial testing, fire-up and tuning, I blocked the outboard carbs and used a good running 2bbbl 7448 from another engine in the center. It now runs great and I want to get back to Clifford's Holley setup. The carbs had chokes removed, vac ports plugged and linkage modded for Offy setup by Clifford.

I used my '63 Wagon's excellent running 170' for static and road testing the three Holley's after temporarily removing the OEM 1100 carb.

The testing included hooking up vac advance and minimal idle A/F tweaking on the 170.

1) The FRONT Holley started, idled and revved well with static test on the 170. Drivability test revealed It stumbled mildly at mid throttle cruise and stumbled continually under load.
[ List 2245S / 11B (1-7/16) Base ]

2) The REAR carb started, idled and revved well static. Ran well on drive test except for leaky needle flooding episode which is minor repair concern.
[ 2?45S 803 / B35 (1-716") base ]

2) The CENTER Holley started but ran rough and only with mix needle all the way out - stalled and revved badly - ran better with finger partially choking venturi. I didn't attempt road test. [2245AS 0143 / E12 (1-9/16") base ]

I could of course use a different carb setup but please keep any response related to current work.

Thanks

They look simple enough to rebuild. i sent one of mine out and they did a lousy job; they charge me a fortune for the kit! I hooked a single 1904 to stock 200/250 fuel pump and had to use a fuel regulator. I got a cheap chome one that clicks when you set it, in one position it gets too much fuel in another it eventually runs out of gas; hopefully, with all 3 connected it won't flood or run out.
