All Small Six Holley 1940 Throttle Assembly

I am looking for a "non-frozen" throttle assy for a 1940 carb. The butterfly is 1 7/16 dia. I believe this carb has been produced as a DOPF-K in Holley, Autolite, and Motorcraft versions. Thanks.
