Module is inside the XE dissy, under the littel tin plate. It is easy to dit, just bolt it in and run the two wires to the coil. The original harness has a wire ( pink I think) for a tacho drive but I just taped it up. You should use a coil for an electronig dissy too, as the old one will burn out before too long powering in electronic dissy. Also carry a spare module with you ( about $50) as it is literally 2 minutes to replace with a screwdriver and is the cause of 95% of all trouble with these systems, not that they give much trouble, but a 20 year old module might fail. Also the dielectric grease under the module can dry up on an old one giving a dead ignition. Try cleaning it and smearing a little more dielectric or heatsink grease on it before fiting a new module. You can get away without greasing it to get home, but always grease it before long.
