i got a 200ci mustang with a weber 32/36 and a carter electric fuel pump. i put an inline fuel press guage under the hood. the car runs fine. i have a little trouble starting it up, i have to gas it, but i think that's becuase i drive it only once or twice a month. other than that it runs great and except for a couple of stalls outs here and there. my quesiton is this :

when i first start the car the fuel pressure guage reads like 4 or 5 psi. After driving for a bit and coming back, the car is running fine but the fuel pressure is down to almost 0. I does that mean the carb is being starved? I would think that if fuel flow was good then the pressure would stay up around 2 or 3. does this have something to do with the temperature being higher?

just want to understand any ideas on this would be great.
