Does anyone know of a way to adjust the percentage of fuel being injected for any load, rpm etc? The reason for this is that I am playing with an alternative fuel and can use the alternative for part of the engine requirement but not all, yet . The alternative will not be read by the o2 sensor so the percentage will have to be manually reduced to keep everything else working right.
I believe I can produce a little over 50% of the fuel requirement with alternative but unless I can reduce the injected gasoline by 50% there will not be any savings and a very rich mixture.
The plan is to put this on my 92 f-150. Controllable circuit boards are available for models other than mine. I have been told the problem is that on other models the signal from the MAP or MAF is a voltage but on mine it is a frequency and for some reason this is not adjustable.
