Need Some Torque Specs

I replaced my valve stem seals and need the proper torque for the stands. I also need to replace the rear main seal and will need the torque for the main bearing cap. Also the torque for the balancer bolt.

according to shop manual for 170 and 200;
Damper to crankshaft 85-100
Main bearing cap 60-70
Valve rocker shaft support to head 30-35
