3x1 offy set up with weber 34
264/274 110 cam
1.75 intake 1.50 exhaust
0 decked and bored to 0.40

What's a hood clearance issue?:

Actually three carb Offy setups usually clear the hood with a little air cleaner creativity. My '61 Comet's 250 is taller than the 144/170/200 and would clear the hood with bracing notched. A bubble hood is always a nice option.

You'll have to keep two cylinder heads, one with smog the other tri-powered and swap them out every two years. The lenghts we have to go through.

I'm hoping that takes care of the zip . To add to my first post I can't take credit for the idea just the work .The ideas for this engine came from you guys and this forum thanks guys . I should have it fired up tuned this weekend .

The tempo pistons are the same size as our engines pistons.

Yep. Gotta be the 2.3 HSC pistons though. The others are different.
