the Duraspark II article recommends 45-55 as opposed to the stock 35
since you've done pretty much the same thing, i'd say that somewhere around that range should work out pretty decently
With each of the three improvements you can add .006 each. Add that to the stock .035 and you get .053. I would start with .045 and work your way up. If you stay on top of your tunning with sharp center electrode ect. you can work you way up in gap size. Go ahead and play with it. When you notice a bad read on the plugs back off .005.
On my 66' 390 I was limited to under .08 only by the length of the side electrode.
Also keep in mind that you need to gap based on the way you drive also. The more you have your foot into it the more you need to back off on the oversized gap.
