8) unless you are going to run an alcohol fueled motor, do not run nitromethane. that stuff is very hard on engines. i was helping a guy with his fuel altered many years ago, and at the strip one day he popped a blower sending it 200ft into the air because an intake valve hung open for a fraction of an instant at full song. looked like a roman candle going up.
as for diesel, a small amount in your gasoline, no more than about 4% will lube the valves, but the engine will also smoke a bit in day to day driving. i used that mix many years ago, early 80's when the feds outlawed leaded gas in cars. these days you dont need the additional lubrication.
