Offy Tri-Power with Webers Fuel pressure regulator.....?

I have the Offy set up with 3 weber carbs.... I bought a Mr. Gasket fuel pressure regulator.... It seems to not be of very good quality..... Any suggestions for a quality regulator would be greatly appreciated.

a Holley regulator seems quality

where do U place it & does it need a power source?
Thanks!

I use the Holley (low pressure 1-4psi) regulator. I bolted mine to the side of the engine where the coil used to reside (running a DUI) and have the outlet from the pump feed the regulator.

Place it between the fuel pump and the carbs. Mine is bolted to the shock tower. It does not require a power source.

thank U both, no electricity to it (yikes, glad on that) just after the pump & B4 the carb.
OK, now I'd hafta contact all the different co.s to find 1 that I can vary the output ( 3 - 7 #) ?

Wish I'd asked that in the 1st Q...
Thanks in Advance!

"...from 4.5 to 9 psi..."
cool -
30 bucks, adjustable (full range of any need). what more could U want?

I believe Webers (ICH/ICT) run best with less than 4psi... There is a Holley regulator that is 1 - 4 psi. I know above 3.5psi mine start to flood.

got a prt # ?
How is that one adjusted, U know?

who's got a fuel gage & R those cheep too ($30?).
I guess it goes in the line between PR & carb? Again, no power to it?
Thanks!

The regulator has 2 outlet (regulated) ports. I one connected to the fuel line to the carb and the other has a fluid filled fuel pressure gauge. Summit has them too. No power needed.

sounds like 1 model (Holly 12-804) has 2 out lets & 1 is for a gauge. that the gauge is sold separately.
OK, hope I aint jackin the thread, seems related 4 sure.
Thank you all! Ah is ed-u-macated here, once more!

summit has one that is shockingly similar to the holley-I have run it for years along with one of their liquid filled pressure guages. Make sure you get the regulator that allows for 3lbs or less of pressure for the webers.
