Okay, here's the problem.
I have some rims that i ordered from summit. They work fine in the back, but on the front they wobble - like they are bent or something. I have to use washers and when i stack them 3 deep on each stud on the hub it smoothes out the rim - but obviously effects fender clearance. I've tried all kinds of ways to stop this but i just don't understand.
How can the rims work fine in the back but not in the front (oh and i've moved them around to varify that it just wasn't 2 bent rims) but wobble like hell in the front??
anyway, if anyone could offer some pointers i would really appreciate it.
thanks much
josh

On the front drums you will probably find a balance weight that has been welded on. Sometimes it interferes with aftermarket wheels.

Remove that weight and then have the wheel balanced on the car to make up for it.
