All Small Six Performance Distributor Spark Plug Wires

I have heard from several owners of these wires with failures from arcing to the nearest metal.
In my opinion the best wires are made by MSD. They have 100 ohms per foot of wires.
Any one else experienced this condition??

Over in Mopar land alot of guys are using Fire Core spark plug wires.

I have never used the Performance Distributor wires. But, I did look into the Fire50 wires. The quality and reviews looked very good. But the price tag killed it for me.

I just opted for some 8MM NGK wires. Part# RC-FDZ003 I had to change the coil boot because of my TFI coil. But no problems so far.

I've been using the 8mm wires that came with my CRT Performance dizzy...
But got curious and ordered a set of 'Live Wires' from Vintage Inlines.

I'll report back with my finding when I have time.

In my opinion the Performance Distributor wires are ok, but their resistance per foot is just higher than the MSD brand.
