M MustangSix 2K+ VIP Sep 20, 2005 #2 Just bite down on it and pull....... :x They usually come out pretty easily by just grabbing it with vise grips, pull and twist. Don't forget to keep the spacer behind it.

I made that mistake once, but noticed it before it was too late (the came and crack were not lining up). I used a portable propane torch to heat up the old cam shaft a little bit and was able to pull it out with some vice grips. Slade
