Asked this in Gas. Alley too, Does anyone else sell these besides Clifford. They sell it for $13, but charge $16 to ship. OUCH!!

Classic mustangs of OKC, sells them but it wouldn't be any better of a deal, I think they go for over $20. Unless you go with a place nearby--probably aren't going to get it much cheaper. Check the buy, sell and/or trade forum here, and look on ebay.

you could get it here and there, to name a few more.

Also, every other parts dealer who is an official scott-drake retailer can get it for you as well.
