I'm pretty sure JB Weld wouldn't react too well to exhaust temps. It's great stuff but it wasn't meant for the high temps an exhaust port can reach.

William, Thank you for the exhaust port part number. I didn't know it could be bought from Summit!

i believe i have seen some j-b weld for high temp applications. i will look around and check on this, however i have not yet taken my spare motor for rebuild i'm sure if i fit it they should be able to handle the welding

I just checked the JB Weld website and of all their products, the highest temp rating is 500 F.
