Question Ford engine 1970 Six cillinder 4.1L 250cui 155HP

Hi There everybody !

I'm new here, My name is Ken Van Accolyen i'm 26 years old and i live in Belgium.
i am a proud owner off a Ford Mustang Coupe 1970 with a 6L 250CUI 4.1L 155HP with a C4.
I restored the whole car myself & i am really proud off the result ! :D

Now i have a question for u guys maybe u can help me, i already did to my engine:

-engine compleet overhauled
-cillinders drilled at 0.20
-flathead pistons 255cui V8 Ford
-Electronic petronix ignitor 2 and towerflame ignition
-Header short chrome 2x3pipes to 1pipe
-2sidepipes

I did this weekend my first 300KM with the car and he drives good, but he drives allot beter on choke and
i still have the original 1V carburator, but dont want to change the Head en the Other stuff (to much money) :D
Do i gonna feel changes when i drive the car when i have change this :

-the stock 1v carb to (just ordered a Holley 500cfm) 2V ? (somebody in Belgium did this and he said sound & power ar amazing)
-Holley 2V Adaptor
-witch Air Cleaner do i need (that my hood can close) :)
-aircleaner breathercap

8) since you will be using the holley carb, you can use any V8 air cleaner that fits the 5 1/4"(iirc) filter base. one option is the corvette drop over air cleaner housing. it was designed to allow big block engines under the stock corvette hood.

yeah thnx ! but what do u recommend from airfilter for me L6 250 &holley 2V 500 CFM ?
i just want to have a good one :) any links ? ;)
