hi guys
tom at stovebolt told me that he needs a picture of a completed assembly of his adaptor and the weber he sells so he can tell me which weber i can buy for my setup. i have a 1963 mercury comet with a 67 200 I6. my car has the throttle linkage that mounts to the top of the bellcrank. i am planning on getting the duraspark II, to go with the weber setup any pictures of this setup would be great especially the people that were successful with using the stock early linkage. i will be mounting the adaptor without the ford one also to help position the carb similar to the original setup. any help will be great

In reference to your signature, I'd ditch the whole set up and get yurself a XB Falcon GT, but that would be sacreligous to this forum. Just kidding!

"Ya, she ducts nitro, phase IV heads, twin overhead cams, 600 hp to the rear wheels with da blower..."

oh believe me i would love to have a an xb but i unfortunately cannot afford to get one of them right now

thanks a bunch well that looks like the setup that i have my eye on :D

Thanks for the kind words! If I can help any with more pics or something, just let me know.

please anything would be great i am looking into trying to use stovebolts aircleaner base also and want to use the original aircleaner to mount it to

today my buddy and i got the setup on i will post pictures to help people out we used a bicycle gear cable setup and a couple of man made brackets and placed it with the earlier manual linkage with kickdown. man what great response i should of done this years ago it is not the same car with the 5200 and the duraspark ignition.

this setup is really nice no stalling around hard cornering or anything it has been going strong for over a week now well worth the purchase and time
