Reality Check

I am hoping to get a 150 rear wheel hp with this setup:

264/274 clay smith dual plane cam at 110* and opening .450 exh and intake
500 cfm Holley 2300 on a direct log mount with about a 1" alum spacer.
Mild port and polish on head exh and intake bowls and as much of the log as I can get into.
headers pacemakers someday when my wife and daughter ease up on my wallet.
milled head to 9.2:1 compression
the 351 Windsor exh springs (listed in the fordsix handbook).
1.5 adjustable rockers (thanx to Mike at FSPP)
double roller timing chain again FSPP
Stock but back cut FSPP 200 intake valves and 3 angle job on head.
Stock but ported exhaust bowls with stock exh valves.
chrome moly pushrods for adjustable rocker.
hydraulic lifters from FSPP

Oh and I have the duraspark II conversion and the stock ignition box.

I know I am asking a lot for 150 to the rear wheels, but I am looking at eventually having a streetable 200 with 200 hp at the rear wheels. I think with my next upgrade being a rebuilt bottom end with forged pistons I can do it along w/ a supercharger or a turbocharger. 8) Is it possible"? I know I could open up the exhaust and add bigger valves like those intake valves on the 144 but I didn't want to over do it on these first few mods.

I can see a supercharger but how do you exhaust all that extra air? A supersucker for the exhaust? Hmmmmmmmmm. ;)

I got it! You place a turbocharger in the intake stream after the supercharger and the intake charger spins up the turbosucker!

Kinda like a push-me/pull-you.

Nah! It'll be two years before I can afford the turbo setup, but in the meantime I want some power for the road. Maybe I'll get lucky like mustangaroo and find a supercharger on e-bay for a little of nothin'.

Of course I would have to get mustangaroo to show me how he did it all..If I wore a hat I would take it off for the job he and his son did! :P

I was making a joke about using a supercharger to stuff more air/fuel in but how do you get it out? Our exhuast ports leave a lot to be desiered. So, how about a reverse supercharger, Something to suck the exhuast out. A supersucker!

Use a turbocharger in reverse. Have the intake charge spin the turbosucker up to suck out the exhaust. Use a supercharger to stuff the intake and use that highflow intake to spin up the turbosucker.

One pushes in and the other sucks it out. Gotta work on this........ ;)

You will have to run that one by those hardcore tekkies. Me, well I will be lucky if this thing starts. No one would be more surprised than me if it does.

By the way, it isn't all that far fetched, somewhere there is a post of a guy who converted what looks like a 27T into a drag 6 looks like a 200 maybe 250 with both a supercharger and a turbocharger with an ice bucket to keep it all cool.
