Rebuild update and cam questions

Well i got my block at the machine shop and he said going .30 over will clean up the cylinder walls, so im gonna get them ordered, and was gonna go with the moly rings from CI.

Ive been lookin about what i gonna get for a cam and ive come up with the 264/264hyd 110*,i think a lopey idle would be cool but not sure if i should cuz i have a auto trans; let me know what u think about this, i do have headers, 2 speed auto, 3.20 rear, and planning a 2bbl Weber conversion to the head. If im missin something or u see where i should get a different cam setup please let me know.

The 264 cam should work fine with your combination.

You should have adequate vacuum with this cam so I don't think this will be a problem.

Will this cam cause a bit of a lopey idle? So im alright with it and my ford o matic? My concern was about the vacuum, also i dont have any power brakes. Also what is the difference with the 264/274 from the 264/264, something to do with exhaust.

It will have a slight lope to it and should be fine with your ford o matic. The 264/274 cam has more duration on the exhaust valves to help with exhaust scavenging and power. I think mpgmustang has this cam...maybe he will chime in.
