wanted to know if i have the specs right and if someone could correct me if im wrong pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Nothing wrong at all! Please itemise all the bits you'll require to a fanatical level, and please stick with known good suppliers and make sure you have enough budget.

The engine is very strong. Main faults are valve gear oiling, cracked front battery head stud, and leaking main seal where the crank exits the block.

Get the Ford 6 performance book from

You can get most of your questions answered with the Ford Six Performance Handbook. It'll save you a lot of time and give you a good outline to work with. Plus, David Shjeldahl posts here a lot and he will give you the straight dope.
It'll be the best $15.00 you spend on your car.

so would the bearing sizes be fine or should they be changed?
