Hey guys

I'm keen on running a 34adm weber (came stock on the XF's) on a redline intake manifold. Is this possible with an adaptor? So far I've gathered its near impossible to fit the weber on the 2bbl redline intake manifold. If anyone can provide some insight or information on this it would greatly be appreciated! Would there be any gains over the stock manifold with weber?

The car already has cam (215 @.50 duration) extractors, exhaust, shaved head etc etc.

Cheers

i nearly done it myself but my cortina didn't have the bonnet clearance (cortina's are bad for it) it all bolted up but.what i done was turn a holley adapter plate for the stock manifold upside down and it bolted up fine.the stock manifold is crap for flow and i think it would be good for preformance.

Cool, where abouts would I be able to source one of those from? do the redline intake manifolds have the 2 vacuum outlets for the christmas trees?

i have that setup on my car works resonably well and yes the redline 2-brl manifolds have provisions for 2 vacum trees.

hey
you can all so drill and tap the bolts for a webber onto the redline manifold as mine has it done and no need for a spacer plate and extra clearence

yes its on my xc, i have a small retangular air filter similar to the ones redline make. on the xc there is heaps of room for an air cleaner, so i am sure the stock ADM weber air cleaner would fit.
