I dont know what you have tried so far but back when I used to do oil changes a lot we used to have oversized oil plugs that could be used when the original plug would strip. The oversized plugs have a self tapping thread on them and can be had in a number of oversizes.
Otherwise it you might have to get a new "bung" welded in or replace the pan.
Before you try an oversized plug make sure your oil plug hole is stripped. Ford motor company used forsight in designing these plugs. Most of the time it is just the plug itself that is stripped. NOT THE HOLE. Try running a tap of the proper size and thread into the hole to clean the threads. Put some grease on the tap to keep the shavings from falling into the pan. Then try a new plug. Ford made an insert in the pan that had some pretty tough metal in it. They then made the plug out a softer metal. This was to keep meathead gas station attendants from ruining oil pans.
Not sure on the size of the plug but it is a standard thread. I think it may be a 1/2 or 5/8. Measure the hole with a scale. It should be close to one of these sizes.
