hey guys
well i got the 250 in and running. it runs absolutely awesome except for one issue witch isnt too bad maybe the caracteristics are diff for a 250, i notice driving doing aroud 60-70 the motor is perring along at 2100 rpm and when i step on the gass for the passing gear she doesnt seem to go much higher around 26-2800. is this normal for a 250. She has a 264 on 110 cam 69 250 head with oversized valves @ 4 angles, back cut the intake, blead the runners, up to date seals seats etc, (thats what my machine shop said), clifford adaptor with a holley 2300 on it, msd ignition, pertronix in the dist, clifford dual out headers on a flowmaster 40 series single in dual out. the plates are opening fully and timing is set to stock. i love how it runs smooth as glass and enough punch to back up that beefy exhaust. hope to get some numbers after the break in. as for the rpm range what do you guys think adjust the vacume modulator on the tranny, thats all i can thing of
