Searching for Linkage to install 200/C4

Hi Everyone,

I have a 64 Falcon Futura Convertible that I'm converting
from manual to automatic.

I'm installing a 200/C4 and need the:

-Column Linkage
-Throttle Linkage
-Kickdown Linkage.

Any leads/suggestions appreciated.
