No, that hasn't even crossed my mind. But I will consider that if the time comes when I need a performance cam upgrade. Right now the most likely use for it would be to upgrade the mule motor in my champ car. That's after it is running and track tested.

Although I don't really want a solid lifter cam, I wonder if it would be a better candidate for me to regrind than a stock cam

I guess it's also possible for me to run a solid lifter with pedestal rockers, just a bit tedious to adjust and duration seems a bit much on the exhaust for my needs.
