due to my over zealous spray painting...I need to replace my plugs...what are you all running?

should I get one step colder than stock? I read that on the falcon handbook....

the only reason I went from stock was that for some reason my #1 piston was hitting the spark plug. Don't go psycho and get $5 plugs. I'm running the $1.99 platinums from Bosch. Before that, just stock motorcraft coppers...$.99

I have used accel #378, autolite ap-46 which is a single platinium, I think the double platinium is app-46. Both of these plugs have worked excellent.
Another plug i would like to try is ngk iridium # WR51IX
The iridium plugs are used in many late model cars, they are good for 90,000 miles & have a very small center electrode for a better spark flame kernal. Very similiar to ac rapid fire electrode. Hope this helps william

to bump this up....I think I go tthe worng plugs...tooo cold.

when I pull one out, I will let you know number.

I think I might go back to something different
