Steering box help.

Hi guys...!!!
I am looking for a steering box for my 52 Ford; I don't have any catalogs. My question is: Are the 53, 54, 55, etc. steering boxes the same as the 52..??? Which other box can I look for,.... or adapt....

52 and 53 steering boxes are the same. The steering wheel shaft is a little bit longer in 54. You can use any 49 to 54 box if you press the gear off the bottom of your steering shaft and replace the shaft with the one from your car. As a bolt in without disassembling the steeting box only the 52 and 53 boxes interchange.
