Well I finally got around to modifying my extra head. Here is what I plan on doing to this head :
Phase I: Cut off the restrictive stock log.
Phase II: Plane a weld surface and weld on bracket
Phase III: Drill and mount injector bungs for MPI.
Phase IV: Fabricate plenum with throttle body.
Phase V: Increase port size with new valves and hardened seats.
Phase I is now complete. Here are some pics:

Hopefully phase II will be done soon with a little help from Mike(Azcoupe). I am getting him to trace the inlet flange on his new Al head for me.
As for Phase V I believe chevy 350 valves have the same stem size but greatly increased valve size. Any advice or comments are welcome.
