So how do you get these things off?
Those little ones on carbs and dizzies, like the one for the vac advance.
I mean, I get them off, usually with a pair of pliers and a screwdriver or something, but there must be a correct way! A special tool?

8) no special tool that i know of. i always use a small flat blade screwdriver, or a awl.

I used a magnetic screwdriver. Worked like a charm.

i just use a small pair of needle nose pliars and pull it out. Or you can use a screw driver ext. might be a lil easier if u press on the shaft going to the vacume advace so it releases pressure on the clip and u can get it off.
