Yes, as long as it matches the teeth on the flexplate.
I have a pan-fill C-4 trans from a 1970 302 powered F-100
(big bell - 164 teeth) behind the big-bell 200 engine (1980 and up).
I am using the factory 1982 flexplate (was a C-5)
and a TCI streetfighter torque converter
