torque settings on XE 250

Hi guys,

Could anyone help me with torque settings for main/big end bearings and head bolts on an XE 250.

According to my (factory) XD / XE workshop manual:
Main bearings 80-95Nm.
Conrod 25-30Nm.
Head bolts 65, then 80, then 95Nm.
